Original Artwork

• No change-of-mind returns. All sales are final due to the unique nature of each piece.

• If your artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, please email within 7 days of delivery with photos and order number. Options: replacement or store credit/refund.

Refund Timeline

• Refunds or exchanges processed within 14 business days after receipt of returned item or verification of damage.

• Orders typically take 3–7 business days to process and dispatch.

Packaging & Handling

• Original and framed artworks are securely packaged with protective materials to ensure safe delivery.

Shipping Methods - Domestic Shipping only

• Sent via Australia Post with tracking. Optional signature or insurance available for original artworks.

Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs. A flat rate of $20 AUD applies to all orders, Australia-wide.

Notifications

• Tracking details provided once shipped. If the item is marked delivered, the seller assumes the buyer received it.
